My background
As a native Atlantan, I specialize in the metro Atlanta area. My 11 years of experience as a Realtor and recognized Top Producer by the DeKalb County Board is a result of lots of hard work, nice results in my local market and wonderful referrals from clients, neighbors and business associates.
I enjoy the challenge of listing - marketing properties and creating specialized websites, flyers and marketing to sell my listings! I sell my own listings (bringing the buyers to over 50% of my listings each year)! I also enjoy and have proven results as a buyer's agent. Finding that special home for my buyers and working to get the best deal possible takes me into the negotiation of contracts and all the way through the inspection report and up to the closing table where I make sure my buyers get the best deal and find a home they will enjoy! I treat my clients like I would want to be treated! I work as hard and make myself a turn key agent. My clients are often surprised that I am happy to coordinate all phases of our real estate transaction and they remember how nice that feels to have someone they can trust to make their most real estate experience good!
